Generals may win campaigns, but it´s the sergeants who win the battles, mostly by yelling and kicking butt. Stalker served in the LRRPs* with Snake-Eyes and Storm Shadow, so he´s no stranger to kicking butt and any G. I. Joe who has heard him call out “Let´s Party!” in the thick of a firefight know that he can yell…loudly! Stalker has clearance to operate the G. I. Joe Patriot and Brawler battle vehicles during top secret covert actions.
