From his grim castle in the Scottish highlands, Destro builds and peddles his instruments of destruction! Destro and Cobra Commander despise each other, but maintain an alliance of convience. Although Destro is twice the tactician and three times the soldier than Cobra Commander, he is disadvantaged by his own sense of honor in the face of Cobra Commander´s utter ruthlessness! This master of armaments frequently commands Cobra´s newest battlefield devastator – The Earthquake!
